How easy do you want it? Once you learn the track, you shouldn't be crashing at all (remember to press the brake every so often). It's an awesome feeling to make perfect powerslides and weave through traffic like in the movies. Though it might be frustrating at first, I think all the frustration of sucking makes me feel a greater sense of accomplishment when I clear out a track like I own it (or better yet, when I win by a millisecond). Wiping out even once makes you lose period. You actually have to master the car your driving and understand each track perfectly in order to make your way around it. I have a feeling that this game isn't like other racing games (like NFSHP2) where you just breeze through every track and feel like the shit. I've spent a lot of time on each race (I do each one at least 4 times before I win), and I enjoy the fact that I'm learning each track like the back of my hand, especially since some of the routes are pretty damn enjoyable. I know this doesn't help, but maybe you're just not good enough yet. I know it's just a rant, but I still have points to offer. Why do they have to make it so hard? When it gets so hard, the fun just gets ruined, why not make it BALANCED instead of IMPOSSIBLE? I know that plenty of the uber-racers will have no trouble with this game, but it just seems to me that if everything was fair (equal hitting and traffic reactions) it would be a great game. The game is OK, I am still racing, but as I get further on the game is irritating me more and more making me want to get rid of it. From the get-go in these races you have no chance, why not make me race against equal opponents to begin with? It doesn't happen to the AI vehiclesĤ) AI vehicles- Why, if I am neck-in-neck with another racer, going for first place, would the other racer out of no where to slam into me, send us both off into traffic, and send us both from first/second into fifth/sixth? It just makes no sense, just race for christs sake. What's up with the default difficulty of MC2?
